Voyko is a trip planner that uses artificial intelligence to create personalised itineraries from the destination, number of days and preferences the user enters. The website includes affiliate links to third-party services (activities, accommodation, travel insurance and eSIM). Voyko does not sell trips and is not a travel agency: bookings are made directly with those third parties. More information on the affiliates page.

3. Terms of use

Access to the website is free and does not require registration, except for features that expressly say so. Use of the itinerary generator and user accounts is also governed by the terms and conditions.

By using the website you agree to:

• Use it lawfully, diligently and in good faith, in accordance with this legal notice and the terms and conditions.
• Not use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the rights of third parties or of the owner.
• Not try to access restricted areas of the systems, introduce malicious code or take any action that may damage, overload or disable the website, including large-scale automated requests.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The Voyko brand, the website design, its texts, logos, graphics and source code belong to José Antonio Martínez Gómez or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming them without express permission is prohibited, except for personal and private use.

You may freely use and share the itineraries you generate for personal use. Trade names, brands, photographs and content of third parties shown on the website (for example, Civitatis, Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Viator, or the OpenStreetMap and CARTO maps) belong to their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer

• AI-generated content: itineraries are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Opening hours, prices, availability and whether the recommended places are open may change, so you must check them before travelling.
• Third-party links: the website contains links to third-party sites. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, prices or for the bookings you make on them, which are governed by each third party's terms.
• Availability: the owner does not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or free of errors, and may suspend it temporarily for maintenance, security or reasons beyond its control.

Nothing above limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
